Please be advised that a Request for Grant Application (RGA) number AR10098 has been issued in BidSync for Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant. You can access the RGA in BidSync in the event you’re interested in submitting an application.

BidSync is a web-based system for advertising grants and solicitations issued by the State of Utah. You can access this site at www.bidsync.com. If you are interested in submitting a grant application, you will need to go this web site, register at no cost to you, and then access RGA number AR10098. When registering, be sure you register with the commodity code 910-16.

Please note that you will not be submitting electronic copies of your application package in BidSync. All applications must be submitted in hard copy per the submittal instructions in the RGA document.
