Policies and Issues

Utah Clean Energy is actively engaged on multiple state and local clean energy policy and regulatory issues throughout the year, providing education, data, and information on clean energy to Utah's decision makers.  We also work with numerous diverse stakeholders in these arenas to garner broad support for energy efficiency, renewable energy, and the clean energy economy. We invite you to learn more about the current clean energy issues we are working on today and contact us if you are interested in getting engaged:

  • Current Policy Issues -  2012 Legislative Session
  • Current Utility Regulatory Issues
  • Federal Policies

Get Involved
Utah Clean Energy encourages Utah's citizens, businesses, organizations and agencies to learn more about and get involved in Utah's utility regulatory process and clean energy policy efforts. Both of these public forums are critical to advancing clean energy and building the clean energy economy.
