Emma works to facilitate effective conversations about climate change, and to accelerate environmental justice in the energy space. She is the program coordinator for the Utah Climate Action Network, a program co-lead for energy equity programming, and manages the social media presence of Utah Clean Energy. Before working as a Program Coordinator, Emma served an AmeriCorps term at Utah Clean Energy. She originally hails from Western Colorado, and received a B.A. in History and minor in Computer Science at Bowdoin College in Brunswick, ME. Previously, she has held diverse positions ranging from working in technological innovation at a Fortune 500 insurance company to farming and teaching skiing in Taos, NM. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, biking, backpacking, yoga, reading, solving crossword puzzles, and drinking tea.
