As the Development & Operations Assistant, Keicha supports the Development Director with a variety of tasks including database entry and management, donor acknowledgements, prospect research, and donor events. In addition, she helps support key staff members with administrative and operations tasks.
Keicha brings diverse experience to her role, with an education from Weber State University and a background in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, event planning, and nonprofit leadership. Prior to joining Utah Clean Energy, Keicha was the Community Outreach Administrator for Utah’s largest credit union, leading their charitable foundation, employee volunteer and sponsorship initiatives. Additionally, Keicha served as executive director of Family Counseling Service of Northern Utah, a nonprofit mental health counseling center serving low-income and uninsured individuals in the Weber and Davis County areas.
Keicha is an Ogden, Utah native and resident and an active member of her community. She formerly held executive board leadership positions with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Weber-Davis, and Ogden School Foundation, and is a longtime Junior League of Ogden member. Keicha is an active, licensed real estate agent, as well as a passionate advocate for reducing the stigma around mental health issues, removing barriers to healthcare services, and suicide prevention.
