Kevin is the lead for building, utility DSM, and transportation decarbonization programs for Utah Clean Energy. For over 22 years he has worked to help shape local and state policies, utility energy efficiency and load management programs, among other initiatives to advance energy efficiency and decarbonization solutions in Utah. Kevin previously served on Utah’s Uniform Building Code Commission, the Building Efficiency Committee for the State of Utah’s Energy Efficiency and Conservation Plan, the Salt Lake Community College’s Energy Management Program Advisory Committee, and consultant to Salt Lake City’s Elevate Building’s initiative. He currently serves as a board member of the AEE Utah Chapter and an associate member of ULI Utah. Kevin graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Studies from the University of Utah and an M.Sc. in Environmental Sustainability from the University of Edinburgh. He is an active blood donor, native plant enthusiast, and lives with his partner and their blended family in Millcreek.
