Lorie joined Utah Clean Energy in 2023 and oversees all financial aspects of the organization. She has 30 years of financial leadership experience, specializing in nonprofit budgeting, accounting and government grant compliance. She has overseen multi-million budgets, capital campaigns, a new market tax credit project and low-income housing tax credit projects. Lorie earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in professional accountancy from the University of Utah and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Lorie has also taught accounting classes at the University of Utah. Outside of her professional work she enjoys the theater, visiting National Parks, hiking and spending time with family.
