Rebecca Edwards

Representative Edwards has been a leader in the Utah Capitol on climate change and air quality issues and serves as a co-chair of the Clean Air Caucus. Representative Edwards was the leading force behind the critical climate change resolution, HCR 007, which passed in 2018 that recognizes the climate change is an important challenge for Utah and that reducing emissions is consistent with Utah’s economic and environmental stewardship.
