Theresa Foxley serves as Chief of Staff to rPlus Energies, a national leader in utility-scale renewable energy and energy storage development. Theresa is a “jack of all trades” within the organization, overseeing special initiatives of the CEO, community and government affairs, marketing, and human resources. Theresa started her career as an attorney, specializing in business finance and project finance. While practicing law Theresa advised several renewable energy developers on projects throughout the country, including Utah’s first utility scale solar development, the Utah Red Hills Renewable Park.
Theresa joined rPlus after having spent 6 years leading Utah’s statewide economic development efforts as the President and CEO of EDCUtah, where she became adept at organizational management, talent development, and negotiating value-added partnerships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
Theresa enjoys staying involved in her local community. She serves as Chair of the Salt Lake City International Airport Advisory Board, which is nearing the completion of a $4+bb expansion, and on the Envision Utah Executive Committee. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Utah State University and a Juris Doctorate from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. Theresa lives in Salt Lake City with her husband and two children. They enjoy spending time outdoors together.
