Jennifer Eden, MS

Senior Associate-Climate and Clean Energy
jennifer@utahcleanenergy.org

Jennifer is an earth scientist and educator who is committed to understanding and disseminating actionable information about climate solutions within the Intermountain West. Jennifer has both a scientific background in climate and air quality science including policy-informing regional scale air pollution modeling in the Midwest (ozone) and in Utah (PM2.5), and an extensive background as a college educator of climate science, air pollution, geology, and applications of environmental science within the Salt Lake community. These experiences enable Jennifer to communicate effectively about climate, air quality and clean energy topics, but also to understand differing sensibilities regarding these important and often complicated issues. Jennifer’s role at Utah Clean Energy will be to support climate programs such as Utah Climate Action Network, and to provide technical analysis to support regulatory and community-based energy projects. Jennifer received a BA in Physics from Amherst College and an MS in Geophysics from the University of Washington in Seattle. Jennifer’s passion for the planet extends far beyond contributing to positive outcomes to climate and air quality problems. She loves all things mountain related: spending time with family, friends, and dogs; hiking, biking, running, and skiing; and appreciating the magnificent beauty that our planet shares with us.

NOTICE: WE ARE NOT A SOLAR COMPANY

We would like to clarify that Utah Clean Energy is not a solar company. We are a nonprofit organization that advocates for solar and other clean energy technologies, but we do not install or sell solar in any way.

Utah Clean Energy Association is not affiliated with our work. This is a sales group that despite our best efforts to get them to stop, continues to use our name in their advertising. We encourage you to report them to Google Ads as misleading. The company that reached out to you is likely a solar company that purchased your contact information as a lead. You may consider reporting that company to the Better Business Bureau for using misleading sales tactics also.

We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

Thank you,

The Utah Clean Energy team
